I first saw Dan Miller speak at my Vistage group (an executive coaching organisation), where he taught us about how to be healthy entrepreneurs. Dan is an award winning speaker and experienced martial artist with an incredible knowledge of the difference between being fit and being healthy, so I wanted to chat to him in this episode about how we can improve our performance and our health through our diet, as well as whether supplements are a waste of money or the key to our long term success.
